I have a Nokia E72 - there is 3G icon on the top right hand corner that changes to a 3 G 2-way broken arrow and then I can't make or receive calls. Vodacom has indicated that it is something to do with my data packet?? I also get a pop up message asking me choose a connection from a list.

set will ask the security code (12345 is default)
type it that will reset.

First try to reset factory settings of your phone. If not solved it need to be flashed.

you need to format your phone so that you can receive messages again...input this code *#7370# and then click yes...enter your security code...after that your phone will reboot...it will automatically on..so please wait until the phone open..after that enjoy texting again..hope this will help you
