If the water pressure coming out of the steam/hot water arm is fine, then the issue is likely with the brew unit or the grinder. Here are a few things you can check:
Clean the brew unit: A dirty or clogged brew unit can slow down the flow of water. Remove the brew unit and clean it thoroughly, making sure to remove any coffee residue or buildup.
Check the grinder: A dull or clogged grinder can also slow down the flow of water. Make sure the grinder is set to the appropriate setting for your coffee beans and check that the grinder is not clogged.
Check the water flow meter: The water flow meter measures the amount of water flowing through the machine. If it is clogged or damaged, it can affect the flow of water. Try cleaning the water flow meter with a soft-bristled brush and see if that helps.
Check the water filter: If your machine has a water filter, it may be clogged and affecting the flow of water. Replace the filter if necessary.
If none of these solutions help, it may be a more serious issue and you may need to bring your machine to a professional for repair.
Need to prime the machine. The new water filter is causing the air lock in the system.Remove the filter and startup the machine it should prime by itself, when it's ready, fit the filter back and press hot water until the water flows steady. Hope it helps.
I'll explain how to in general, you have to work out the rest...first remove 3 screws on the coffee container...and 3 again underneath. To remove the sides..undo 6 T10 screws on RH side and 3 on LH.Then pull the front knob off and remove the coffee spout.Remove the top cover.Check the grinder whether itis accessible from the top ,if not remove 5 phyllips screws that hold the top half.Lift up and pull the grinder out. Good luck!
