The watch has stopped working does not appear to charge

I am thinking you need a new battery. It appears to be a battery operated watch that runs on solar power IF there is light.

i believe the chg indicator is the second hand - I have a citizen eco drive - if it double steps the chg is weak. a single step for each second is normal.

My watch was in the drawer for over a year and stopped working. I flashed my iphone torch directly on it for literally about 3 minutes and BRAVO it's working again.

Something may be stuck in the works of your( a small peice of debris) mechanical watch.I had a similiar problem with a watch of mine my watch Guy was abletoopen itupblow outthe debris stopping the works and get it going again .I thinkhe charged me 5 bucks .Itcould be something that minor.

If your watch is solar powered the second hand performs this characteristic when it's in need of a charge. Try placing your time piece under a bright light for short time or in direct sunlight and see if this helps you with your problem.

If you have registered it or have a proof of purchase you should be able to have it repaired free of charge.

The battery is empty, replace it yourself or take it to a local watch repairer / dealer, he or she will probably charge you around 5 $ for the new battery and replacing it.

I fixed my problem by pulling the crown out to position 2 and then put it in the light, cause I tried to put it in the light without pulling out the crown but it would not charge
