"unable to charge" message & person on other end cannot hear me

My Motorola RAZR V3 just all the sudden stopped charging. It displays an 'Unable to Charge' message. It's not my battery because I tried it out in another V3 and it worked fine. The battery prongs in the phone are okay.

Another problem is that all the sudden people on the other end cannot hear me. I can hear them but they cannot hear me.

I have only had this phone since February. It has never been dropped. It has always had a case on it for protection.

Go to a skilled mechanic, request him to check the charger, the charging connector, the charging controller IC to solve the problem.

Unable to charge..why?

Either your battery is nearing the end of its useful life or your charger is not charging it. If you are two years old ... the end is near.

Unable to charge

Check the contacts between phone and battery, if necessary align or clean. Are you using original Motorola charger? This solved my problem; I was trying to charge it with one of those "universal" chargers.

Hope this helps!

Unable to charge battery

Clean charging port, remove battery, clean contacts between battery and phone, also be sure to use an original Motorola charger instead of one of those "universal" type chargers.

Not charging

when battery cannot charge, try another battery. If it is still cannot, then the problem is the charging port is not working. Need to replace it.

Phone wont turn on!

i have noticed that the mini plug for the charger and usb connection on RAZR V3 is sometimes sloppy. when the phone is charging it will definitely say battery charging on the external display and also flash the battery icon. i also noticed that the plug for the wall outlet is touchy.
make sure the plug is secure in the wall outlet
make sure the mini plug is secure in the phone
gently wiggle these connections if you have to till you get the battery charging message
if there are any connection problems there will be a unable to charge message instead.
