Slide the power switch on the right side of the unit up and hold it there for at least ten seconds to reset the Fuze.

Unsupported media format

If you select the load photo option it may give you a list of file formats, the same with the "save" option.
These will be correct file formats. Look around for any photo's that came with it too.

Disconnect any batterys or let the batttery drain completely then once thats done hook it up to the pc without turning it on and proceed to remove all songs then start over.
