Wont let me delete contacts it says deleting failed and wont let me add them it says memory full when there s lots of memory left to use i am able to delete sim contacts and add them i ahve tried to clear contacts reset my phone setting tryed to move them to sim bit by bit but wont move there are about 530 contacts and they are copyed to the phone 3 times its a second hand phone. thanks

This is done in desktop manager. You have to hook your BB up to your Desktop and then go through the backup and restore process. If you need help we can show you.

Restore the phone back to factory setting and then try deleting it OR do a hard reset on the phone which will erase all the data on the phone!

go into phone settings - memory manager - handset common memory and tap clear all. This worked for me i took my memory card out just to be on the safe side
