if yes, other person only they can unlock that.
or buy new HDD (SSD ,10x better) and start fresh,
buy and OS, install it and run , w7 up, or Linux.

Use the Hiren 15.2 disk to get on the artifical desktop, go into control panel and delete the password for the user that is causing the hassles.

Another way to get the data is make the hard drive a slave and install it in another working computer, access and copy the files and that's it. Reload the drive with fresh copy of windows, reinstall the files and you are back in business.

If it is coming from Windows as it returns from hibernation or the screen saver has gone on with "require password" to access, enter your normal windows password. 1. what is displayed on the monitor comes from the system unit
2. possible features that could be displayed on the monitor are screen savers or splash screens
3. attempting to log on a computer with a screen saver passcode could lock the system by displaying the word locked requiring unlocking

procedure of unlocking a passcode
1.Once the system locks, would require to reset the password.
2. another function could be displayed on next to the lock icon prompting unlock or reset
3. in the absence of a display of unlocking the password, continue to enter the wrong password and hiting the logon button in a space provided next to the unlock icon prompt
4. severall attempts would prompt for a reset functionality.
5. at which instance would display a password hint of what has been locked.
6. the password hint provided must be guessed correctly to allow a reset functionality.
7. once hint provided allows for reset would prompt the user to create a new password
8. create a password with a hint as a key to reseting any future locked screens.

It sounds like you can't get past the BIOS password security, which would make sense if the computer isn't yours.

this looks like you have kept the bios password and you forgot it. just do one thing open the cpu case to access the inside of the system and then just remove the battery in it. wait for 5 min and again plug in the battery. thats it your bios memory password will be reset.
2nd solution without removing battery. just reset the bios as shorting the jumper pins. consult your motherboard book to know where to find the bios reset. it will be written as CLEAR CMOS.
