Picture problems with the Sanyo Vizon 42" Plasma TV

About two weeks ago my picture size has grown larger what it should be. I have even selected my "Pix Shape" to 1 (the lowest format!) and the bottom and top of my picture is truncated. How in the world did this happen???
Everyones' heads are chopped off and the bottom of the screen gets chopped off!

the bulb of your tv is dead. replace it

Sound but no Picture

Same problem...not solutions so far from what i can see. just a popping type sound...picture GONE...sound still there....had it for 2 years and 3 months....warrenty was for 2 years...eh hem...it figures.
