An f11 error means that two internal portions of your kenmore machine cannot communicate properly with each other. So you would need to have someone check the mcu, drive motor and other parts of your kenmoree to identify the underlying error so that it can be overcome. Thank you.

If you are receiving an error code F11 on your Frigidaire range, it typically indicates that your range has detected an issue with the runaway temperature (overheating). The following list of codes indicates an electronics communication problem with the washer: - Duet HT washer - F01, F03, F06, F11, F23, F24, F27, F28, F29, F30, F31, F32, F35, F42, F61, F62, F63, F64, F65, F70, F71, and F99

If Pause/Cancel does not work:

1. Unplug washer or disconnect power for one minute.
2. Plug in washer or reconnect power.
3. Re-select the cycle and press Start.

NOTE: If the error remains on the display, call for service.

I would first replace the door latch/lock assembly, a number of users have and it fixed the F-11 error code completely. Its the cheapest part for this problem.

F11 is a serial communication error. Communication between the main board and the motor control board is not being sent correctly. This could be a bad main board, motor control board or motor itself. The testing can get pretty involved. Try putting the machine in a self test mode and see if the error clears. Press Cancel, then by pressing the drain spin button once on the left side then move to the spin speed button the the right. Press this button until no-spin lights. Press the prewash button 4 times. C00 should appear in the display. Let it run it's tests, there will be 8 of them and end up on C08.

PS All the fault codes are normally in a tech sheet provided by the manufacturer. This tech sheet is usually placed inside the washer behind the lower panel, or affixed to one of the interior cabinet walls.
