Hello,

Windows 7 is a new operating system and has a lot of compatibility issues, it does not recognize so many other programs, application or pc suites, if you want to connect your computer to your phone, you will have to use windows vista or other windows, because windows 7 is not structured to recognize such features.

The pc suite received can not be used for Windows 7

Software on discs that comes with phones and other hardware is often out of date. In your case you should visit the Sony Ericsson website and download the latest version of the software for your W200i phone that is Windows 7 compatible.
