Fuser over/under heat u need a service engineer to reset it
reasons
1 thermistors dirty
2 thermastat blown
2 lamps blown
try resetting it 1 st
press yellow key then 107 then hold red key for longer than 5 sec
go to section 5 (mode i think) then 810 sc reset press 1 then hash key off on

Hello, you´re found problem in the fusion unit. Clean the thermistor, and try again. Before try it, most reset the Sc code with service code....Good Luck!

You need to check 3 cause for that error:
- hot roller thermistor out of position
- fusing lamp broken (can you see the lamp going on at startup?)
- thermostat broken
If you are just a user, without any technical knowledge, i advise you to call a Ricoh Support Service.

This is the code on the mach sc 545
Hello sir; The code sc545 means fuser unit temperature too low it can be reset;
press "clearmode" "107" and thenpress and hold "clear/stop" key untill display "copy sp" show up, then turn power off and back on.
