Cannot auro tune the new chanels on my chang hong tv. The audio works but tge picture format is invalid. What do i need to do ro get the picture.

Have not got 1 of these so this is an educated guess:
Go to settings, select tuning or chanel tuning, opt for the auto tune, follow all directions give to complete.

Try re-tuning the channels, the original auto tune might not have picked up the correct frequencies.

Because you have DirecTV there is no need to use auto tuning. You simply changed inputs on the TV when you started auto tuning. Just use the input button on the remote to go back to the Direct TV receiver. Most likely it will be under Component (Color Stream) or HDMI input.

Sorry to hijack your post, but I have the same model and the same problem. After searching the net a bit it appears to be an LG issue.......

Had same problem - just did software upgrade - very easy just follow instructions on this link.

Hi all, I had the same problem on my 47LY3DE and did the firmware update, and then it wouldnt restart !! The green light just flashes and there is no picture.. I have only been able to turn it off at the wall but this still does not fix the problem.. any ideas please? I have sent and email to LG so hopefully they can help..
