Hi,
have you checked:
1. The audio plug that connects to the rear of your computer (not accidentally pulled out partially)
2. The other end of that cable which plugs into your monitor (usually a red and white plug arrangement, but could also be a small stereo plug)
3. That the speaker icon on your taskbar has not been accidentally "muted" (indicated by a red circle with a slash line)
4. Checked your audio properties (right click the speaker icon) for anything out of the ordinary?

If all of the checks above are good, and assuming your audio cable is OK, I would try and reload the audio driver. You could also try the Windows Troubleshooter. Search your Help for assistance on the troubleshooter program.

Ask me for more help.

Cheers, Steve

I have a VSB200. It worked until last night. No sound coming out of it now.

I have the same sound bar and in the middle of watching a movie, it just stopped working. I came to the conclusion that it was the optical hookup on the back of the speaker that had an issue. The problem with the entire situation is that I had only owned the sound bar for around two to three weeks and only watched around four movies on it until this problem. Either a fluke or bad quality. Check your optical connection if that is what you have it hooked up to.

It unfortunately sounds like a blown speaker. Try getting at the speaker and gently moving the cone with your fingers. If you feel a rubbing sensation you will most likely have to consider a new speaker. Make sure you get one with the same impedance (ohms) and the same or better power handling.
