It sounds like this may be a problem with the source of video, not the projector itself. Have you tried multiple things attached to the device? Video game system, dvd player, more than one thing for example? Also try a different set of video cables to connect to the device to see if it is the cables.

Usually wnen this occurs, it's either because of low voltage in the power supply, or it could be a faulty component. Make sure the battery pack is fully charged (measure it with a voltmeter). The voltage rating will be on the cord plug-in for the charger, or in the manual.
Aside from checking the batteries, the unit will have to be opened up and troubleshot.
I'm not sure what their support might offer, so you should contact them if the battery pack checks out ok, but the unit is still failing. Here's their support site:

We dont have the eye clps projector we have the eye clops mini projector the one that allows u to view movies n video games on walls and the ceiling. It doesnt have a battery pack just takes four d batteries. The projector powers up but picture is blinking sound is good.
