This phone has a 2 hour built i recording faeture & also has a audio outpout port but no usb port, so if u want to transfer to pc, u will have to connect the outport thru a stereo male EP to stereo male EP to ur laptop or pc & rec it with some software( audio grabber easily availabel on net) whilst playing the recording.
otherwise better options like CENIX digital recorders are avilable that can take care of the requirement that u mentioned!

I am trying to transfer recording from my sony icd-p520 digital recorder to my computer . I have a Dinex USB model: DX-URABMS. I have been trying for 2 hours. please help

When you plug the recorder into your usb   look for the letter that comes up as the new drive (eg.  F:/ )   go to my computer  or windows explorer and click on that drive to see what is on your recorder   you may have to decide which folder it is in   then copy and paste to a folder on a drive on your computer other than the letter of your recorder
