I have a Bushnell trailscout 119900 and it wont accept any other SD card but the one that came with it. The one that came with it is only a 512 MB chip card The ones I have been trying to use are 2 GB SD card chip. Does the memory chip have anything to do with the problem. I can use the memory chips in my Kodak camera but they wont record the events in my Bushnell trailscout. What going on. the 512 MB works fine

Probably the first thing to try is formatting the card. There should be a function in the setup menus to do this. If it won't format or gives an error when you try the card may be incompatible. SD and SDHC cards fit the same slots, but many cameras won't work with the SDHC (high capacity) cards. Some cameras have a capacity limit, and won't work with cards that are too large (in memory terms).

I can't find the memory card for it

According to the specifications the camera has both an in-built mmory, and also accepts an SD card with a maximum of 512 MB . Maybe it will accept a larger SD memory card but only record up to 512 MB? I do not know.

SD cards are common in camera stores, but these days they make them with 1, 2, 3 or even 8 GB ( 1GB about 1000 MB) !

Should you use an 8gb sd memory card in a panasonic lumix dmc-fx3 camera ?

Hi,

The manual lists the following SD cards compatible:

4 GB SDHC Memory Card
2 GB SD Memory Card
1 GB SD Memory Card
512 MB SD Memory Card
256 MB SD Memory Card
128 MB SD Memory Card
64 MB SD Memory Card

An 8GB card may or may not work. If you try it, make sure it is an SDHC card. (Note: HC=High Capacity)

Thanks for using Fixya.

Camera flashes two times, but will not record a picture

this sounds like a problem with the sd card either being corrupt and needing formating or being to large. if made in 07 or older it takes 512 mb sd card max if in 08 or newer it will take up to a one gig sd card.

Nikon Camera does not accept any memory card

Try formatting the card in the camera, not the computer.

Z3 will not accept a 2g card

The Dimage Z3 accept SD cards up to 1GB (Minolta says 512 Mb, and sold it with 16Mb). This camera is 4MP , and uses less memory on card, therefore a 512MB card will be enough for it.

SanDisk Flash memory card - 512 MB SD Memory ...

from $13 - 20 stores

PNY Flash memory card - 512 MB SD Memory Card ...

from $3 - 2 stores

SanDisk SD Industrial Flash memory card - 512 ... from $14

Here 1 Gb, try at your risk, but they normally work:

1GB micro SD memory card for Konica Minolta ...

£6.90 - www.mobile-laden.co.uk

1GB Flash Memory Upgrade Card for Konica ... £3.44 - Memory Express

I want to upgrade my HP BA 600 Mother Board`s RAM Capacity

Hello,
Most likely your MB is too old for this upgrade although there is a chance you could flash your bios (reprogram your computer's brain to accept the new memory providing hp has a flash for it).
here is a link for the latest bios flash for your computer, use at your own risk.
