If the remotes DO NOT have a code for your machine, then use the code search feature documented in your user manual.
If this does not help either. then your remotes WILL NOT WORK with this device.
You will need to use the original remote of the device or purchase a Logtech harmony remote that can have new codes added into it.
these generic remotes that you can buy that are meant ONE FOR ALL. WILL NOT NEVER work with ALL devices. There will allways be devices that they will not work with since they don't have programming for them.
NEW CODES CAN NOT BE PUT TO A OLD REMOTE, UNLESS ITS A SPECIAL REMOTE LIKE LOGITECH HARMONY THAT YOU CAN CONNECT TO THE COMPUTER AND UPDATE.
Which remote are you trying to program for the cyberhome? It sounds like you need the code for a universal remote so that it will work with the Cyberhome, correct? Please let me know the make / model remote you are trying to program and I will find the code.

What difference does the model remote make? I have 4 different remotes and they all work on the same codes for TV and VCR. The remote comes with a list of codes for DVDs. But cyberhome isn't listed. So what's the code?
