Sounds like a blockage between drum and pump or outlet water hose to drain,or the pump needs replaced

some times well a lot of times if you call cust assistance and your that close to your warranty they will comp the call but if you didn't send in your warranty card and haven't had a service call then they don't know when you bought it be sure to get cust assistance and not cust service f 50 is the code for a stalled motor see if your basket spins freely

First off I hope you have a Sears unit and second you did not pay a penny. Your F 1 error is a Primary control failure. Part W10104830 and one other do F1 and a oL code.
If you own a Sears machine you qualify for a recall under sf26-779B.
There is two parts to this call the board and a washplate
MCU part # W10201186
Washplate # W10077050
Recall will need your name and phone number and the machine model and serial number.

only 2 things can cause this.
1 the control is set to lock out mode. just hold the lock button for 5 seconds and it should go back to normal mode.
or 2 the controls user interface has an internal failure. its the part that has the switches and tells the computer what to do. either way call whirlpool and see if its still covered by their warranty.
of yeah and the 3rd thing is you have no power to unit. make sure the outlet is good by trying something else in the same outlet, like a light or hairdryer.

If this a electrical pump chk. to see if there is an in line fuse if not then take the hose loose to see if the impeller has any thing hung in it or it could be a bad spot on your timer
