I have acquired an lg gr-232sbf fridge freezer freezer works fine fridge us not cool on top shelf & bottom of fridge only slightly cool . Also don't know how the fridge works there's a big wheel in back not sure which way to turn it .

The channel in the back were the cool air comes down from the freezer to the fridge may be iced up. Try defrosting the fridge/freezer for much longer than usual, all day if necessary.
