Most likely the compressor is out of refrigerant gas. This can happen a little at a time or get a big leak and happen all at once. This is a job for a licensed refrigeration contractor.

is it a bottom freezer and top refridgerator then the gas level are low in the system

You likely have a defrost system problem.....call a service company to look at it.
