Help With My Protron Flat Screen TV

The picture on my flatscreen television has went black. I still have sound but no picture. The tv is 2 years old.

    my pltv32 went black red light stays on but no picture. power keeps going off. my tv is 2 years old.

    In the middle of nowhere my apex tv went out a few hours later it got sound playing but no picture

I rebooted the television. Turned it off, unplugged it and disconnected the cabletelevision. I left it that way for about 10 minutes and replugged it all back in and turned it on. It works great now!

You either have failing 24vdc POWER supply caps or the inverter board is going out.

Hello, My Protron PLTV-26 TV will show a picture for a few seconds then the screen turns black.Tryed unplugging it but nothing works.The set is only 3 years old.Any solutions?

TV blank, sound okay, picture comes for half a second while switching channels
i am a technician and i too have this issue. if any of you can get a schematic and service notes, send them to trae3@live .com and i WILL find the problem and report to each of you. i cant get any help from sears all i need is to speak with a technician who actually works on these things, get the paperwork and then i am sure it is a matter of a module swap. any info will help us!
