My printer is less than 3 yrs. old I just put in a new cartridge and it won't print why?

I have the same problem Post a new problem

1.Cleaning the copper contacts on the carts as well as the copper contacts inside the cartridge carrier......
2. Remove the carts....and install the carts thru the solution center...(Start-programs-lexmark-solution center-maintenence -install carts
