No - headlight ok. The reason that the Right turn signal blinks fast is that there is half the normal load (resistance) on the right side, since the Right front turn signal isn't working. Since you replaced the Right front turn signal bulb, your problem lies in the bulb socket or the wiring to the socket. (1) try cleaning out the socket - there's probably a contact problem in the socket. You may need to squeeze the contacts together to provide good contact to the socket contact. (2) if contacts inside the socket are ok, try back-probing the socket - to make sure that the socket is getting 12V DC to light the bulb. Replacing a bulb socket is easy, and commonly done. Any auto parts dtore should be able to sell you a new socket - its just a matter of cutting out the old one, and then splicing in the new one. Most shops will use small wire nuts, buried under several wraps of E-tape (electrical tape). (3) if bulb AND socket ok, you have the worst problem known to man - a wiring fault. In this case, you'll want to run a new wire from the flasher module (under the dashboard) to the turn signal.
If the take up spool is not turning properly it is not uncommon for the machine to eject the tape and turn off. Check the drive to that spool and correct.
Since
the tape won't come out then it means you will have to manually remove
the stuck tape. This involves you disassembling the unit in order to
help/assist the player get the stuck tape out.
Turn of the unit
and remove from the wall, get a Philip screw driver, use it to remove
all the screws from the unit and take it apart.
Open the cover and you will see the stuck tape and what's hooking or preventing it from coming out/ejecting.
Now
plug the unit, and turn it on. Press the eject button, as the tape
tries to come out, support it with your hand so that it can come out.
Or
if it happen that the cassette tape has coiled inside the unit,
carefully free the coiled tape and the press the eject button.
Lastly,
the moment you disassemble the player, you would see what's preventing
it from coming out, then you can free whatsoever that is making it stuck
press the eject button and the tape should come out.
Make sure the unit is turned off each time you want to remove what's making the cassette stuck.
Stuck halfway inside could indicate that the actual tape is stuck in the capstan/heads. It may have never fully released from the mechanisms and returned to casing. Basically it ate your tape. You could try taking the cover off the unit and manually and carefully remove jammed tape. Unplug the unit first. Hope this is helpful.
there is an acrylic post inside that directs a light beam to several different places so when the light beam is broken then it tells other parts that the tape is loaded this could be broken off or if the tape broke off inside a piece could be wrapped around a capstan or drive post causing the machine to think it is at the end of the tape and to turn itself off.
You will have to take the cover off. ( un-plug the AC cord)
Look for the loading motor at the back right side.
Rotate the motor and you will see the tray moving thru its cycle to un-load the tape, it does take quite a few turns, its slow.
Let me know if you run into a problem?
I was having the same problem. here's the solution that worked for me - should do it for you as long as your camera stays on long enough.
1. Take out the tape - mine stayed on longer (without blinking) when the tape was not in.
2. press the menu button (near the viewfinder)
3. Use he wheel on top next to the viewfinderto scroll through the choices
4. Choose "display setup" by pushing the wheel in
5. Choose "C. Rest" by pushing the wheel in
6. Turn camera off
7. Next time you turn camera on you should be able to view tapes and record.
hope that helps!
