Follow these steps :
1.1
Press the function (FCN) button on the handset while on a call and then press the number "2" button. This will place the call on hold and you will hear a dial tone.
2.2
Call the number or extension of which you want to transfer the call.
3.3
Push the FCN button on the keypad and then the number "2" button and immediately transfer the call. You do not need to wait for the other party to answer.
There is no FCN button on the handset/keypad. Here are the phone buttons I have, from top left going left to right then down:
row 1: speed dial - rear mic
row 2: select - up volume arrow
row 3: back - line 1 - line 2 - conf - down volume arrow
row 4: 1 - 2 - 3
row 5: flash - 4 - 5 - 6 - mute
row 6: redial - 7 - 8 - 9 - headset
row 7: hold - * - 0 - # - speaker
Thanks,
Mike
In that case you can go to the options menu when you go there you will have an option to transfer the call.
apologies for being a complete fool, but how do I get to the options menu?
