Once you are on the website it would ask for your serial number. The serial number for an ideapad Y410 is located on the bottom of the system. Look for a white sticker then look for the S/N number. The serial numbers for a Y410 usually starts with CBU.

when you have successfully input your serial number it would display the list of drivers for your system. Look for the bluetooth and audio drivers for windows 7. I took a look out on Gateway's download site and found the usual drivers for your box.

Hopefully you can use a friends pc to connect to this web site, download the driver onto a usb stick, and then take that to your laptop and install the driver.

Look for the driver itself. If the driver is for an HP device, go to HP.com. etc..etc...

btw, don't look for the zip file. That just gets you in more trouble than you want.

What driver are you looking for. When Xp is installed it loads a lot of different sound drivers. If you are looking for the drivers for the motherboard try the manufactures webpage for them. If you can't find them there open my computer and click on the hardware tab and click on the yellow ? and click update driver. Windows will look for the drivers online and install them for you. If you have an aftermarket sound card, goto the boards web page and download them from there.
