This is a power management feature relating to the wireless. I have no idea why it's activated in your laptop, it's practically obsolete. Do a search for the exe and find out where (in what program's folder) it's located and uninstall the corresponding program.

I would suggest, as a first step, to have a look on what kind of errors and/or warnings you get in the System event log when you try to shut down your laptop while it is attached to the docking station. This could shed up some light on what is going on causing the error message you get.
If this did not help you solve the problem, feel free to drop me a note, & I will see what we could do towards resolving your problem. Thanks.

I connect docking station and enabled docking hardware profile, after that when i boot no display Model Dell Latitude D 630

I believe your docking station profile is corrupted.....I suggest you to remove the existing one and allow system to recreate a new one by rebooting the computer.
1. Open System in Control Panel.
2. On the Hardware tab, click Hardware Profiles.
3. Under Available hardware profiles, Select Profile 1 (Current), and then click Delete.

Reboot the computer and test. It should work.

If that fails then you may want to try with different docking station.

Dell latitude D410 wont boot up when hooked to docking station can not use keyboard or mouse

Sounds like a compatibility issue between your Dell and the Docking station. I would say make sure the software for your docking station is installed properly, and update the software before connecting again.

Try updating to BIOS to version A16 from http://support.dell.com Ensure you are not attached to the docking station when flashing the BIOS. Once updated, connect the 90W adapter to the docking station, connect your laptop to the dock, and power on using the docking station power button.
