Clarification: You want to return AND order, or you want to return AN order.

If you wish to return AN order, only you know where you ordered whatever you wish to return. If it is something you ordered and you want to return it, there was probably a form included in the packaging with directions on returning the item.

If you did not keep the information on returning whatever it is, then you probably at least remember the name of the business from which you ordered the item. If you do, you can find the business Customer Service phone number to call by using your favorite search engine (Google, Bing, Yahoo, whatever) and entering the business name in the search box, using quotation marks (to keep the whole business name together) as shown:
"Business Name" "customer service"
Example: "Bass Pro Shop" "customer service"
or "L. L. Bean" "customer service"

Once you have the company's customer service number, call it and ask about returning your order.

Call Barring is a network feature. The Password for this feature is set by network. So don't need to worry. Just call your Network Service providers and ask them for the code, they will first authenticate you and will give you your code in return.

You don't need one, but you might want one.

Your phone will operate perfectly well without one, but if you wish to use intensively many of the non-essential features like the camera, music player or to download games and other applications then you may wish to add a micro-SD card. Your phone already has a generous 4GB of internal memory, and when you have used all of that up you can, if you wish, add up to a further 16GB of memory via an optional micro-SD card.

just go to settings > security > lock code and enter your code (there's an option if you wish to change or edit your code.

You should just return it. It was defective and they knew it, that is why they instructed you to buy a new battery. That is an attempt to stall you and make your return harder. Do not tell them about the new battery and just tell them you no longer wish to keep the unit as that is not what you paid for. If they give you any static, file a claim against them.

Don't attempt to repair or disassemble this phone, if you do, the seller won't collect it back.
