Hi I have the Same problem with my K5 tTy this it seem to have worked for me firstly I put the C clip in the vice and squeezed it to make a tighter fit then I put a cable tie on the end to keep the pressure on the clip I put the clip on from the back for better access
It sounds like water was left in the pump and i froze over the winter and cracked the pump housing. You can try taking the gun hose off and blow compressed air where the hose hooks on to blow waterwater out of the pump and dry the bottom. Then put some apoxy on the crack to seal it.
There is a good chance you are missing the black plastic clip that holds the hose into the trigger gun. If you look at where the hose goes into the gun there should be a flat slot where a black plastic clip would slide in and keep the hose into the trigger gun.
A common problem with these is a pressure valve inside the unit that controls the power to the pump. If the unit has not been used for some time the valve can stick.

hi, there is a small ball bearing inside the nozzle on the end of the lance , this can get jammed or missaligned and the nozzle orifice can get blocked , clean this or replace the whole lance with another 200 Bar lance .
