We have used Acme juicers for over 40 yrs and we need a product to clean a juicer with terrible carrot stains that aren't affected by Aut Washer. Cell 93l-239 1152 1-423-894-9038 779 Callaway Ct. Chattanooga, Tn 3742l I am 4-f from the army and after using the juicer (Carrots) I have never had another attach of asthma. Just the opposite. The only way I get by the vibration is with an old worn blade which I sharpen with a drill using a small bit. Installed a new blade, once, and the juicer took off on me. Even the pro's have trouble with the vibration issue. If trouble persists, try a pulp ejecting type.
No overhaul. These juicers do not eject the pulp and are subject to vibration especially if you install a new blade. I've had one for 21 years and get by using a worn blade which I sharpen with an electric drill using a small bit.
If you mean green leafy greens, the juicer is not really designed for them. A sharp blade will extract some juice from them, but I found a new blade seems to increase the vibration issue. Acme works best on carrots, apples, celery, etc.
Sorry, but it's not designed for leafy vegetables. Carrots, apples, celery-yes. For kale, spinach try a inexpensive, hand powered, wheat grass juicer. About $50.
THIS IS A NON EJECTION PULP JUICER AND THEY WILL VIBRATE LIKE MY ACME. BEST FOR HARD PRODUCE LIKE CARROTS, APPLES, CELERY ETC. FEED PRODUCE SLOW AND STEADY.
are you exceeding the capacity of the juicer? you will get about 2 and 1/2 large glasses of juice before the pulp fills the spinning basket. Apple peels are very tough, apples and tomatoes need to be peeled before juicing. Use the filters, the juice comes out much clearer and the juicer is easier to clean up. I so a lot of carrots, carrots are super food.
