Sony trinitron 36" has 7 red blinks wont turn on

I HAVE A SONY TRINITRON KV-36HS510. IM HAVING A PROBLEM,ITS NOT SHOWING A PIC, AND BLINKING 7 TIMES THEN PAUSE FOR A COUPLE OF SECONDS THEN IT WILL BLINK 7 MORE TIMES,I CAN HEAR AUDIO BUT CANNOT SEE PIC. COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME OUT ,I'VE TRIED CUTTING THE TV OFF FOR ABOUT 6 HOURS AND CUTTING IT BACK ON,SAME RESULTS, THANKS

When the tv is turned on with the remote control,the red sensor light turns into green and blinks 10 times and the tv comes on, but it goes off immediately.As it turns off ,the sensor light turns into red...

No picture every time powerwing/ turning on, the green light are blinking and for one minute it will go back to red light blinking, still with out picture. power/stanby light will be blinking green then a...

You have a bad video cable connection or video card has failed. Try unplugging the cable and or relacing it. If not it may be your video card.

Try a reset:

Turn on the television.
On the TV remote control, press and hold either the RESET or UP ARROW button.
While holding the RESET or UP ARROW button, press and release the POWER button on the front of the TV. NOTE: The TV will turn off and then back on.
Release the RESET or UP ARROW button.

If that doesnt solve it, you will need a repair.

STANDBY LIGH BLINKING 9 times...

I have a Sony SRS BBE Trinitron (WEGA). The last few days when I tried to turn it on using the remote the Red Light would go on but the TV did not turn on. I would have to press the power button again to turn it on.. I tought the remote battery was just low.

Today when I tried to turn it on nothing is happening and the Red Light is blinking 9 times ??? I tried to unplug it and try it again, still does the same thing ???

We need help...

Sony 36xbr800 shuts off on own

sounds like one of your color tubes or a system board is failing and will have to be tested and replaced by repairman
