I have the same problem, the TV is plugged in, when the power button is pressed, the green light comes on, but there is no picture, regardless of what buttons I push on the remote or on the tv itself. Was there ever a resolution for this or what part(s) needed to be replaced?
This is from the manual which is for 15" and 20". it lists only the 15":
PC S ettup ((Z151L5CLC1RD1
onlly))
Connections
1. Set the monitor output resolution on the PC before connecting to the TV.
2. Connect the TV to the PC with the PC cable.
3. Connect the PC audio output to the TV's PC S OUND input.
Viewing Setup
1. Turn on the PC.
2. Use the PC b utton on the remote control to select PC .
