Will ok lets look at the wiring for the batteries. Does each battery have a cable with a red and black lug that attaches to the battery and the other end has a connector that plugs into a connector going to the power module or controller? If it does then you should have red to positive and black to negative on each battery then plug the connectors into either one of the connectors going to the power mod. Now if you have only one connector from the batteries to the power mod. Then the cable from the connector should be attached to the red on one battery and the black on the second battery and there will be another cable to jumper between the two batteries attaching the red and black posts together. In other words you are connecting the batteries in series to provide 24 volts to the chair. If you have access to a digital voltmeter you can set it to 200 volts dc and plug the leads into the two outter plugs on the charger port located under the front of the joystick. With out the charger plugged in you will be reading the current battery voltage and after a full charge you should read 25-27 volts. If you are not getting that then either the charger is not working correctly or you have a bad battery or batteries. Will you can e-mail me @ [email protected] if you need more help good luck

I brought a mishto cb330 car battery charger its not charging my car battery its been on charge all nite the green indicator on the battery has not lit up yet or am i using it wrong.

possibly
the charger leads ( red and black) have to be connect correctly
red to the positive+ terminal of the battery and black to the negative - to the battery
if they were wrong , you may have to replace a fuse in the battery charger

I HAVE SONY WALKMAN NWD-B103F- BATTERY DOES NOT LAST FOR 10 MINUTES-AFTER CHARGING ON COMPUTER

The battery does not hold charge. It is weak. Replace it with same type number. Brand name of the battery isn't a matter, check its type number printed on it.

Ihave a black and decker drill. The charger shows a flashing red light and does not charge the drill

Try inserting battery quickly 5 or 6 times to see if it is just a connection problem, sometimes this works in cleaning the terminals.
press the helpful button.
I think the red blinking light is a fault, normally should be a green flashing light while charging.

I have a jazzy Select GT power scooter, on the charger I have a red light and green, I put it on charge and have both green lights on now but the controls near the joy stick and on and off light nothi

need more info on equipment to answer ,scooters dont have joystics powerchairs use joysticks if you have a powerchair that has not been charged for over two weeks the batteries have probably died
in this state the charger will not go into charge mode only the power light and poss the fully charge lights will light
as a quick test a 24 volt bulb from a scooter or lorry with 2 wires attached pushed into the two outer holes in the joystick charge socket should light up if it wont batteries are totally dead

Hallo aggelos here i have bought a hi phone j8 dual sim 3,5 screen and i put the first battery about 16 hours and the charger had a red light which never turned to green how many hours have i to charge it?...

The chinese Clone phones have very little in the way of letting you know they are charged. A regular battery will charge fully after 5-6 hours of AC mains plug time.

Wheelchair battery charger will flash red and not complete charge. new batteries -- just got them last week. The charger behaves well in front of the tech. I've looked for a brand name on the charger, but...

You didn't mention what brand & model of wheelchair/scooter you have. To properly check to see if the charger is working correctly is testing the total voltage of both batteries together while the charger is plugged in to the controller joystick. First check the total voltage of both the batteries together before you plug the charger in. The total voltage of both fully charged batteries together should be around 24.5 to 26.5 volts. Plug the charger into the charging port on the powerchair/scooter. Now with the charger on, the voltage should read at the very least 1+ volts more than the total voltage measured earlier. If less the charger is bad and will need to be replaced.
