  • Connectivity :
    • USB: Ensures that the USB connection from your computer to the HP product is working correctly.
    • Network: Ensures that the network connection between your computer and your network is working correctly. If the tool detects a network connectivity problem, you will be prompted to run the HP Network Diagnostic Utility for better results.
  • Spooler : Automatically restarts the print spooler, which sends print jobs from the computer to the product, if it has been stopped.
  • Online status : Checks if the product has been paused or set to offline, and then sets the status back to online if necessary.
  • Device manager : Checks for problems in Device Manager that would prevent printing.
  • Print queue : Checks for and clears pending print jobs in the print queue (a log of print jobs waiting to print).
  • Port : Checks the port settings for the HP product.
  • Driver : Checks for alternate-driver settings.
  • Conflicts : Checks for conflicts with other drivers, such as other printer brands.

I recently posed a question about how to remove and clean a print head.

Cleaning wont hurt - but the heads may be worn out after 3 years of use.

If cleaning doesn't work, you may need to buy new cartridges and refill those when empty.

HP LaserJet Pro CM1415fnw stuck in calibration mode, won't print

there's a few reasons why your printer is doing this - I would recommend the following action:
1 disconnect the printer from your PC ( USB/Net)
2 power off the printer
3 open the top/ front and pull out the process section( where you put your toners)
4 individually remove and then reseat these toner cartridges
close the covers back up and power on ( still disconnected from the PC)
5 allow the printer to come to ready ( if it wont come to ready there may be a problem with one or more of the toner cartridges)
6 print an internal testpage ( press menu , select information, select configuration, select print)
7 whent his prints you know your printer is going to be ok, On your PC-clear ALL the print queue- reconnect to printer and test!

sounds like a Mpcb malfunction.(expensive now its out of warrenty) you can replace the printer with what the repair
would cost you.

Printout a configuration page from the printer display, look wath it says according to the intern jetdirect.
Does the green led blinks on the back of the printer if not try another line or you NIC on the formatter board is defective.
