First, start by unplugging set to try to reset. Then make sure that all settings in audio menu are correct. Also look for stuck volume up button on set and on remote. Sometimes buttons get lodged under surrounding frame. Also try to push volume down button on tv and watch for display on tv to see any change. If when you release button volume increases by itself, remove batteries from remote to eliminate it as cause. If nothing you try works expect to replace main pcb. You can probably price it online with model number. Good luck, Russmann.
As I said, if unplugging set from power doesn't work, and checking all buttons on set and on remote to see if any are jammed, expect to replace the main p.c.b. You can lookup price online using model number. Also, samsung customer service is very helpful. Call 1-800-samsung and have model and serial number ready.

I have tried removing batteries from remote, didn't change.
I have tried to access menu but can't seem to select anything apart from what the menu is on.
