Not printing properly

Printhead should be cleaned with a 90% alcohol solution, however that should not cause blurry print. I've seen some labeling programs that will blur part of your label after the trial period has expired. I would check to see if this happens on test prints also. Do a test print by holding down the button on power up and letting it go after the first blink.

The printing is blurred

Blurred print may be caused by a dirty print-head - remove and wash with clean warm water. Dry with paper towel and retry.

Blurred print may also be caused by a print-head alignment fault. First check that there are no paper fragments at either end of the print path inside the machine. Then go to the maintenance section either on the printer or in the computer printers folder and perform a nozzle check, print head clean and print alignment. in that order

Lexmark C920 color print is faded on bottom of page

Quite possible something happened to the printheads.....especially the Magenta one. Might have been 'bumped' out of alignment. They might just need to be wiped clean with a toner cloth. They are usually right above the toner cartridges. Have you tried a color alignment adjustment in Config mode?

Printing pages with a blurred zone

Looks like you got some goo stuck on the roller in the cartridge OR due to high humidity the toner has changed its texture.
Try shaking it around for some time before re-inserting. Should work--- If there is any goo stuck on the roller it could be sa sticky job getting it off without damaging.
