Remote codes The codes given by my Comcast Remote (0000, 0111) won't work to control my new BRAVIA KDL-32S2000. Any thoughts

To reset the remote control, just take out the battery from the remote control, and reinsert it after an hour or so. The remote control will reset itself.
After that try to set it up with the setup code said for your device. You might have to try many codes before getting a code that'll have the most functionality with your device.

Take out the batteries there a screw behind it take that screw out.Must take something sharp like a nife.Pride it out all around the remote for lases.Clean the remote with some rubbing alcahol.

Download the manual for the model of the remote you have and read through it.

if your remote has a red ok button then you need a five digit code. try 11100, 10000, 11317. if you have a remote with a gray ok button then 0000 should work. if this doesnt work, write me back telling me what color your ok button is and i will send you instructions on how to scan for your code.

0000 worked for my XBR4 using the remote called: Comcast Custom DVR 3 Device found here:http://www.comcast.com/corporate/customers/customer_support/remotes.html

manual for comcast remote says use codes 0000
or 0111 for Sony TV. BS! I used 10000 (five
digits) and it works!
