If you are not in a position to do that I suggest you either have your feet measured for width and length or obtain the instructions to measure them yourself and then provide the measurements to the shoe or boot supplier or manufacturer and request they supply boots to fit the width of your obviously non-Italian feet.

so first get to know what type soul your shoes ,try removing it off your shoe and drying it undersun or use a hair dryer if it does not dry and it still fee like a soft tarmac then the soul has been damaged badly so try replacing it ,i am sure you will get shoe sould very cheap.

since the tread is also gone it cannot be repair like shoe sould you need to buy it in near by show rooms .before buying just check out what type of color you need .
