Check for lint build up in your exhaust.Flex hosing builds up due to condesate you are exhausting. Otherwise check continuity on limit switch on exhaust tube .Some models let motor run even though elements get shut down. Simple either open or closed. Electrical meter tells the tale.
Make sure it's blowing air out the vent outside. But even though it's heating doesn't mean it's heating 100 percent so u might need a heating element. Not to expensive to buy and often not to hard to change, refer to owners Manuel or a computer on how to change it.
Try checking your exhaust vent pipe for excessive bends and kinks, make sure there is good strong airflow coming out the exhaust where it exits the building.
Must be past the filter-problems in the duct work and hoses. get one of the refrigerator cleaning brushes from the hardware store and a duct cleaning kit, or a rope and rag. clean out the dryer ducting, & hoses as good as you can and check the outside exhaust port. Sometimes these have trap doors that become stuck from old age, even though ductwork is relatively clean. problems can also exist after the filter but before the dryers exhaust port in the back try to clean that out as well.
Long shot, but you might consider cleaning the lint out of the exhaust duct. Even though you may be exhausting heat, the duct could be occluded with lint thereby limiting the airflow. I do this once every couple of years for safety and efficiency. It substantially reduces the drying time. I bought the "Lint Eater" from a hardware store. You use it with a standard drill (wired or cordless).

first, check your breakers for the dryer. turn them all the way off and then back on. if it still doesn't work right, it needs to have all the lint cleaned out of the exhaust hose, and then the inside needs to be cleaned and the heating coil examined for damage.
