LG 42KK Power Supply Schematic Requested

I am after a schematic for a PLG-421 (3501Q00100A) Main Power Supply Unit to help resolve whatappears to be an intermittent power supply problem. Used in many Plasma TVs - including units with LG 42KK Panel - such as Teac PLM500 etc etc. Any assistance HUGELY appreciated as searches thus far have been fruitless! thanks Scott

hello,I need schematics diagram of power supply panel-lg42pc1rr-zl plasma tv, The PCB no is 68709MOO31A/5.The tv went dead due to public power outage. A capacitor and two burnt diodes have been replaced but no show,however,when the tv is switched on the red indicator light comes on and changes to green when power on is pressed using the remote,nothing happens thereafter?????. You won't find any just ,

use a thermal probe or thermal gun as heat is likely the issue ,
if nothing else replace the main diode /rectifier and caps.
I find that if I replace the hottest items that usually the fix

if there is room for a small fan you will be doing them a great service and extend the life of the tv.

you may find some info on the power supply from one of these links they are generic enough

LG TV has power but won't power on. The power supply has all the correct output voltages, but the power light stays red. I have the complete schematic, but no clue why. Model 32LG70

Check whether the start voltage comes at the SMPS power control socket pin. With schematic, it will be easy to check out.

My lg 62sx4d-ub will not turn on. You push the power button, the ballast clicks, then the leds begin scrolling white. Eventually the lamp led flashes red and it shuts back down. I've changed the bulb...

I just had the same problem. Came down to a bad cap on the main power supply board C871. This is the first filter cap after the diode on the 6V supply. Funny,, the schematic calls for a 25V part,, however this one was rated at 16V :-)

Replaced with a new one,,, all is good to go!
