I was using tata docomo sim card, after one year my phone getting switched off again & again. when i used tata docomo sim card, while it is working when i use another sim like bsnl, air tel. tata docomo sim card also working in another mobile phone while a problem occuring with my phone. plz tell me solution for this.

Try other company sim-cards......if they work....then try other docomo sim...if this works ur sim is faulty........get a new sim.......if ur set reads other co sim and not docomo....its ur sets fault.......u will have to change FEM(N2700 in pic.) ic...(as it has inbuilt duplex er i.e. antina switch which can cause this fault)... this ic can be obtained from a dead Nk2700....


There is another way to confirm this without dismantling ur set........switch on ur set with sim....ignore sim reg fail message.....go to menu>settings>phone settings>network>change this to manual >ok......now ur phone should search for network.....if it does not then either ur sim has fault or sim section......if it starts searching then let it search......after some time network service provider list will appear....on the top it should be tata docomo......if its not there then FEM ic to be replaced.....if it appears select it......if now sim registeration fail appears ....for ur and other tata docomo sim...then get software of ur set reloaded......if only ur docomo sim fails...get sim replaced

I received the password and login number thru TA-ACIMMS but could not open it for Tata docomo mobile phone I have Idia SIM card

Once if the simcard is rejected you could not do anything....But there is a way to replace the rejected sim card with the same number/no losing balance.Contact your service provider and tell them the problem.They will give you a new sim card with the same mobile number.Good luck

It may be the bands on which Tata Docomo network operates may not fulfill by the Nokia Classic 2700 phone.

Please try your sim card in some another phone.

No not the cdma card , but you can visit the tata gallery for the MNP service and they will transfer the service to docomo prepaid gsm card ,then u can use the sim in your desired hanset

1. GPRS ENABLED DEVICES.
2. WORKING GPRS NETWORK.

FIRST OF OF ALL YOU HAVE TO CALL YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER TO ACTIVATE GPRS ON YOUR SIM CARD (YOUR NAME SUGGEST THAT YOU ARE FROM INDIA SO IF YOU HAVE AIRTEL SIM THEN DIAL *567# OR HAVE TATA DOCOMO SIM THEN DIAL *141# TO ACTIVATE GPRS BY YOURSELF.)
AFTER GPRS ACTIVATION AGAIN CALL CUSTOMER CARE AND ASK THEM TO SEND SETTING ON YOUR DEVICE(IN AIRTEL SEND "MO" TO 543210 FOR TATA DOCOMO SEND "INTERNET" TO 52270)
AFTER RECEIVING SETTING SET THEM AS DEFAULT SETTING.
NOW OPEN YOUR BROWSER AND ENJOY SURFING AND DOWNLOADING.

look... go to the tata docomo office.. they will unlock your sim if there is any chance... or otherwise they will replaceyour sim card with new sim by same number...

where did u buy the sim if it is cdma then u cant use tata, if not u can use airtel and etc all sim in ur mobile it doesnt matter. this will be helpful and vote for me thank u
