Pull the trigger to the rear, while holding it there pull the bolt to the rear removing it.

I can't speak for all models of the 52, but n my 52B you push the safety forward with the bolt open and it will come right out.

How do you replace the rear site on a bolt action Winchester model 68 rifle?

If I understand the question, " How do you replace the rear site on a bolt action Winchester model 68 rifle?" The rear sight is a dove tail which slides into a dovetail/tapered (grooved) notch in barrel. Look at your sight and determine which side of it's base is narrowest. Take a piece of chalk or lead pencil and index it, then take a brass drift place it on the narrow side and tap it sideways towards the wider side and it comes free. To put that sight back just reverse the procedure and align the index mark. Done deal.

I have a winchester rifle I think the serial number is 131289603 was wondering what model it is and when it was made

Do an online search. Type into the search box what you know. The serial number doesn't necessarily help. Type Winchester, the caliber, type (such as lever action or bolt action), around what year you think it was made. There'll be pictures and match them to what your Winchester looks like.

Tlescopic sight

I couldn't find the eurohunter model, but I checked out the website. Without a bore sighter, You can still get your scope to hit a paper plate at 100 yards by using a cardboard box. Then it will fine tune in just a few rounds. Only a bolt action though, you have to be able to see down the bore. Take a big box, or a rifle vise, cut some V's into the top edges, lay the rifle in there, pull out the bolt, find a target 100 yards away, put the bore of the rifle on it and don't move the rifle. Then put the crosshairs of the scope on the same target, check to make sure the rifle didn't move, then check the cross hairs again. You will be able to hit your target at 100 yrds, the ar 15 is an exception to the bolt action, you can see down the bore.
