I used my 1.5 litre Bravetti deep fryer for the first time .The light would not go off to let me know it was ready. I got timid when I saw smoke not steam coming for the fryer after 20 mins. I unplugged it and plugged it back in again. The light would not go on at all. I am very timid to use this now. Please help Is this a problem with this appliance or did I get a bad one. Mary

have you tried taking out all of the oil and washing it realy good I know that mine wasnt working and thats what i did and it started heating up again
