When talking on my iphone 3gs the last few days , I can not hear the person on the other end. They can hear me fine

Hi,

If you can not hear the person at the other end, it means your phone has a hardware problem. The earpice of your phone is bad.

Swiych of the phone. Remove the battery. Get a screw driver, loose the screw and open the phone.
Gently remove the earpice and take it to the phone accesories store to get a replacement. Replace the new earpice with the old one and couple the phone.

Put your battery and switch on the phone and start making calls.

Regards.

I can't hear person on other end, but they can

Hi,

when you call someone and they don;t hear you,it means that the mouth piece which is located at the bottom of the phone and allows people to hear is faulty and will need to be replaced.

When you replace the mouth piece, people can now hear you.

Take care.
