Try setting the
lens' aperture [ring] to its minimum [e.g. F/32], and then set your preferred
F/stops in the camera settings (not using the aperture ring). This should fix the problem.

My D70s gives error FEE on aperture display, when a lens is mounted with manual aperture ring. This ring should be locked on smallest aperture.
The body closes the aperture just before taking a photo, but a manual (mechanical) setting could avoid that. You can choose the aperture with the front wheel on the body.
go on line, google unlock phone! It will ask you for the identifiication of the phone. You then sent the info online to the service, they will send you the unlock code for a fee! If you are buying the phone on time through the carrier, the carrier my not allow it!
go to your local department of post office and request an appointment.
they may require you to take the paperwork home to fill it out but other then that they will require identification from you such as birth certificate and drivers license/state Id, and pictures as required. some DMV's will take the picture but if your's doesn't go to a local photo store and you should be able to get photos taken for your passport for a small fee.
remember when you are all ready to submit your paperwork there is a fee. contact your local post office for current fee information.
Your sensor (the device that absorbs light and transmits that data into a picture) has gone bad. Thats why all the photos seem to appear blank, but they are just black. It can be repaired and its usually the cheapest at a Canon center,but depending on the camera the fee is as much as getting a new camera. Sorry about your camera.
You're using a lens with an aperture ring. Turn the ring to its smallest setting (largest f/number). You can control the aperture from the camera body the same way as on a lens without an aperture ring.
If the Photo is OK then it would appear to be a LCD fault.

At a guess if this more than 2 years old a new camera would be a more economic option.
