I have have downloaded the HP Laserjet 3015 Print driver on my Lenovo U330 Laptop with Windows 7 Ultimate. Unfortunatley, I've tried 2-3 times to with no success. Am I having a compatiblity issue with the Print Driver and the Windows 7? Please help. Thanks. Alex

I up graded my pc to windows 7 ultimate. i have a Hp laserjet 3015 and cannot seem to make the scanner work
Chances are the printer didn't come with drivers for Windows 7.
If you have Windows 7 Ultimate x32/86, click here.
If you have Windows 7 Ultimate x64, click here.
Install the appropriate driver on your computer and it should work. Best of luck!

I have an HP LaserJet 3015. I got a new computer
- uninstall everything again
- browse your disc
- open "Setup" folder
- copy "Scrubber.exe" and "scrubber.ini" to your desktop
- run "Scrubber.exe"
- restart PC
- reinstall software
- enjoy
----------------------------------------------------------
- p.s. this will not work under windows 7

Touch Sensitive buttons on Lenovo U330 won't work with Vista...
If you upgraded your OS to win vista you need to download lenovo energy management driver for the touch sensitive buttons to work. All you have to do is to go to http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/en/driversdownloads/drivers.html

enter the serial number of your u330 and hit search. Once you're at the drivers and software page for u330, scroll down until you see the category power management. Then download energy magement. Make sure you are downloading the driver that is compatible with your operating system

Hope that you are wellJ

Try this first:

Click start, then in search box type printer. A menu should come up that will permit you to troubleshoot your printer.

You did not indicate whether you were getting an error message or not.

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the printer and if yes, do you have the same problem each time?

Did you attempt to install new drivers for your HP 3015? This may well be the problem.

If I can be of further assistance, please let me know.

And, remember, always include the type of Operating System and the type of computer you own, when you submit your questions. It simply makes for much faster solutions.
