SOURCE: automatic fabric softener dispensor not emptying
The detergent dispenser is located above the detergent drawer. A water pipe is connected to it and water entrance and distributed to drawer's cells (following the programmed cycle)by a lever's movement (part of the dispenser). The lever movement is controlled by two solenoids that received their power from the timer. By opening upper machine's cover you will have an access to the dispenser. Disconnect the power cable from the machine before moving to next test !!!! Look first that they are not any disconnected wires. Move manually dispenser's lever and see if water running to all cells (depend on your movement). In case it doesn't work properly remove the unit from the machine and try to clean it (I hope it will help, otherwise you should replace the unit). In case it works properly (manually) - you should test by a multi-tester solenoid's resistance. the one that doesn't have a resistance measurement should be replaced. Good luck !!

you either have low cold water pressure being caused by the screens on both ends of the cold waterline being clogged by sediment or one of the solinoids for the water inlet is bad. try removing cold water hose and cleaning both screens if that doesnt help youll need a solinoid
SOURCE: Fabric Softener Won't Dispense
The fabric softener dispenser is notorious for clogging. Liquid fabric softener is essentially a liquid form of wax. After a period of time it begins to gunk up the inside of the fabric softener dispenser. If you remove the dispenser drawer and look into the cavity, there should be a series of holes in the upper part of the compartment where water sprays into all the dispenser trays. These holes get gunked up and clogged and water will not dispense properly. As a result, the washer goes through a complete cycle, but the dispenser stays full. If this is the case, you can take some cotton swabs and/or toothpicks and clean these holes real good. It may be a bit meticulous, but it should take care of the problem. Post back and let me know if this helps.

your soap drawer is most likely to be blocked , the only true way of clearing the blockage is to take the soap dispenser completely out . you will see that all the jets will be blocked ,you can do this before taking it all apart by taking the drawer out band looking up, if it looks clean ie; no black gunge then it may be a water valve problem, as the cold fill side has 2 internal valves both have come on together to clear the conditioner compartment.

hiya
this could be caused by a faulty cold inlet valve if the detergent is not being taken away. however if the detergent iis being taken away then the valve is working ok as it fills the compartment with water lifting the detergent out and into the washing machine.
hope this helps

Hello friend, thank you for allowing me to assist you!
It is a normal operation to receive water inside the dispenser after draining. This is part of the siphoning action of the drawer. You would just remove the drawer and empty the water out, then reattach the dispenser drawer. I hope this is helpful. -Matt
