This machine is not old enough for the sites that keep serial numbers of historical machines. You would have to contact them direct.

Are you using the "Quilting foot"?
Stitch setting on stitch #3 and lengthen the stitch a bit that should help tons.

As a computerized machine, it is probable that there is very little (if any) oiling required. You can check with your local Baby Lock dealer's technician for oiling instructions and a manual for your machine. (Oiling incorrectly could permanently damage the machine.)

That could be a matter of adjusting the bobbin winder position (possibly a service repair). Most machines I have tend to wind more on one side than the other. I just use a stiletto or even a pencil to move the thread up or down during the winding process to help balance it on the bobbin.
