    1.
Turn off control panel using the POWER button

    2.
Hold down arrow pointing down for 8 seconds
until a 02 comes up where the roof temperature should be (a 01 comes up first
but keep holding until the 01 changes to a 02 - don't let go when you see 01).
Below the 02 will be another number.

    3.
Increase the 02 to 22 using the up arrow button
(not holding it down, short continuous pushes).

    4.
Below the 22 you will see a 0. Increase the 0 by
pressing the power button until you go up to 5.

    5.
Press the FUNC button to save your settings
& take you back to the main screen.

    6.
You will now see that the filter light has
    switched off

Can somebody help fix the problem I'm having with my Honeywell air purifier....when I press power button it won't work all I see is red light any button I press red it wont do anything....pls!!!!.....

I have the same unit.
Have you cleaned out the removable filters?
also the red light at the bottom indicates the time to clean the filters.
to reset it, use a paper clip. The red light on the bottom right is the filter indicator light, what looks like it should be a light beside that filter light, is actually a reset button, just poke it with a paper clip for a few seconds to reset. The bottom red light goes out

V5 filter replace - how to reset red flashing light?

Hello,

So after you have replaced the V5 Cell Filter in the IQ Air, here are the steps you'll need to follow in order to reset the filter indicators:

  • At the main menu on the control panel, push the menu button 7 times until you get to the screen that says Replace Filter.
  • At the Replace Filter screen, press and hold the Enter Key until the cursor appears, and is flashing.
  • Press the UP arrow button on the keypad until you get to the V5 Cell Filter.
  • At the V5 Cell Filter screen press the Enter Key to confirm your filter reset selection. This will turn the corresponding filter LED to a flashing red light. IQAir requires that your reconfirm the filter selection to prevent inadvertently resetting the wrong filter. If you chose the wrong filter, press the menu key after pressing the enter the first time to disregard the filter change command.
  • To confirm the filter reset selection, press enter a second time, which will reset the filter life, and reset the filter hours.
You can repeat these instructions for the other two filters on your machine when it's time. Here's a link to the product manual for your IQ Air Health Pro Plus which will give you the same instructions, as well as other maintenance instructions.

I hope that this information was helpful to you. If you were able to reset your filter, please be kind and rate the repair as helpful by clicking the thumbs up icons in the top of my repair. This is what really keeps Fixya experts continue leaving free repair solutions. Thank you very much,

Lights still flashing after i replaced filter

You have to press the reset button on some models. The unit does not have any way of knowing you reset the filter -- you have to tell it.

Red light won't go off

To RESET the Electronic Filter Check:
When the filter check light remains on,it is time to check/clean the HEPA-Type
filters and reset the filter check,if needed. With the unit powered on,insert the tip of a ball-point pen or
paperclip into the hole next to the LED filter check light and hold for approximately 5 seconds until the
light turns off (Fig 5). Depending upon your individual usage (environment and hours used),you may need
to check and clean the filters more or less frequently. If the HEPA-Type filters are cleaned before the filter
check light turns on,the filter check should be reset at the same time.
These cleaning intervals are intended as guidelines only. Performance of any filter media is dependent
upon the concentration of contaminates going through the system. High concentrations of contaminates
such as dust, pet dander and smoking will reduce the useful performance of the filter.
NOTE:The HEPA-Type filters are not washable.

Kaz Honeywell Tower Air filter rest light

When the filter monitor light remains on, it is time to check/clean the IFD™ filters and reset the filter
monitor, if needed. With the unit powered on, insert the tip of a ball-point pen or paperclip next to the LED
filter check light and hold for approximately 5 seconds until the light turns off (Fig. 3). Depending upon
your individual usage (environment and hours used), you may need to check and clean the filters more or
less frequently. If the IFD™ filters are cleaned before the filter monitor light turns on, the filter monitor
should be reset at the same time.
