If possible, try to run your computer in safe mode. Use Malware Bytes to scan and remove virus. If it won't open as an .exe, try changing it's extension.

Loading win xp gives message script file cleanvirus.vbs not found

Disable System Restore. Scan your computer with the free version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.
http://malwarebytes.org/
If you don't have an Anti-Virus program, download Avast and scan.
http://www.avast.com/
If both scans don't detect anything, do this..
Ctrl-Alt-Del > Processes - End the following processes in order:
dxdlg.exe
wscript.exe
Start > Run > regedit - Open the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
In the right hand pane, select Userinit and delete everything except C:\windows\system32\ userinit.exe

Make sure the processes wscript.exe and dxdlg.exe are not running.

Delete the following files
C:\Windows\System32\dxdlg.exe
C:\Windows\System32\boot.vbs
In your Windows drive, search for boot.vbs and delete all of them.
In your Windows drive, search for kinza.exe and delete all of them.
Enable System Restore.
Restart your computer.

Windows cannot access specified device, path, or file... app perm

sounds to be a bug in the system

ensure the program is working, goto system restore and turn it off
turn back on again, this will remove all the old ones, they could have the bug in them,

create a restore point now, then download "combofix.exe"
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

run this

it gives a report when finished, the top section shows deletions, this is the stuff it found

How to change windows themes and icons?

You will need a 3rd party program to install custom themes in XP.
StyleXP and Windowsblinds are just a couple you might look into.

Can not download any programs

Hi,
The windows backup feature does not back up any installed programs , it would only backup up your data files , but no exe files. But you are not able to install a fresh copy of the programs over the internet and from the cd.
Try installing these programs from in safe mode of windows . To start the computer you need to press the F8 key a couple of times before windows starts up.
If the same is not working you need to redo the operating system once again

Thanks
