If the set is powered up, you can try resetting it to factory defaults. Yes, any of these suggestions may not work but one of them might fix your problem. You might try searching for tips by including the model number in the search. Bear in mind you are dealing with a high voltage device and your next repair may be at the hospital if you are not exceptionally careful.

It is not predictable about which component/s might have damaged due to lightning. Contact the authorized service centre for Samsung.

you must press the reset button inside the SD card door. Remove the flash card first. this should allow you to power the camera on.

It can be the T-CON board, main board, or worst case the LCD panel itself, it will require in-depth troubleshooting and will require some board swapping to narrow down the problem, not much for DIY repair.

the problem here is the Lcd controler or T-con board. The problem is Toshiba does not alway sell the board seperately you may have to buy the complete LCD panel Call toshiba Tech support or check on their web site for you particular model

It is very possible that the power supply may have gone out. Which unfortunately is common on many newer tv's and other appliances. You can use a multi-tester or voltage tester to see if there is any power coming out of the power supply.
